摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness of a card and to output a necessary Signal without reducing responding speed and reliability by composing a 2-circuit 2-contact switch of a switch 1 and a switch II. CONSTITUTION:The basic structure of a semiconductor memory card is used as a write protect (write inhibit) setting.releasing changeover switch of 2-circuit 2-contact state, one switch I4 of them is used to open or close a write control signal circuit connected to a semiconductor element 6 to become a memory in the card, and the other switch II is switched to a ground 8 in the state that the switch 14 is opened, i.e., in a write inhibit state, and switched to a backup built-in battery 7 in the state that the switch is closed, i.e., in a write enable state. The common terminal of the switch II5 is used as an output terminal 2 to the connector 1 of the card thereby to enable the write enable state to be detected and the voltage of the battery 7 to be detected by one terminal. As a result, the number of the terminals may be reduced by one.</p>
