<p>The invention relates to a construction unit (25) for making buildings. The construction unit (25) is formed from posts (28) having a V-shaped section interconnecting a lower part and an upper part which each comprise a frame (26, 27) formed from profiles (32, 33, 36, 37) and a horizontal wall (30, 31); the profiles (32, 33) which make up the lower frame (26) have a mechanical strength less than that which would be necessary for them to be able to support alone, without harmful bending, the dead weight of the lower horizontal wall (30) and of any loads thereon, when the construction unit (25) is suspended from its upper part. The lower frame (26) of the construction unit (25) has a reduced height, which makes it possible to reduce the height of the empty space between the superposed construction units (25). <IMAGE></p> |
