PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of a flaw inspection and to make the title flaw inspection device suitable for a nuclear power plant by attaching movably a replacement arm of a multijoint mechanism to a truck, providing selectively a flaw inspection tool thereon, and adjusting an interval between a probe and a body to be inspected by an electromagnetic adsorbing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A ring track 12 is attached to the outer periphery of a steel pipe 10 being a body to be inspected through plural pieces of lock seats 11, a truck 13 is supported movably thereby, and by rotating a driving motor 14 provided on the truck 13, the truck 13 is moved along the peripheral surface of the track 12. Also, to the truck 13, a movable arm 15 is attached and it is provided on the truck 13 and rotated in an arbitrary direction by a motor 16, and by attaching a replacement arm 17 to the tip, a multijoint mechanism 18 is constituted. Moreover, the arm 17 is rotated in an arbitrary direction by a motor 19 loaded on the tip of the arm 15. In such a constitution, a flaw inspection tool 20 and a tool 30 for flaw detecting surface smoothing and other are provided selectively on the tip of the arm 17, and an ultrasonic flaw inspector 22 attached to the frame 21 of the flaw inspection tool 20 is slit on the pipe 10. |
