PURPOSE:To eliminate delay due to manual operation and to eliminate the occurrence of an artificial error by analyzing fault information and extracting identification information on a faulty component, and arranging for maintenance components automatically according to the identification information. CONSTITUTION:When the information processor 1 becomes faulty, a service processor 2 receives the report of the fault occurrence to read internal information out of the information processor 1 and then analyzes the read internal information to find the faulty component, thereby sending trouble information containing the identification information on the fault component to a remote maintenance means 4. The trouble information receiving means 5 of the remote maintenance means 4 receives this component identification information and a stock control system control means 6 analyzes the received fault information to output the identification information on the faulty information, so that a maintenance component stock control system 7 arranges for the distribution of the maintenance component automatically. Consequently, the delay and inaccuracy due to manual operation in the case that the information processor 1 becomes faulty are avoided. |
