<p>PURPOSE:To improve durability, design and economical efficiency ever so better, by actualizing an uneven-form part pattering characters and figures on an outer covered body surface. CONSTITUTION:A molded body 1 for a car side protector makes up some punched parts 3 patterning characters and figures. That is to say, a one-side surface 2a of a stainless beltlike core material 2 being bent in the specified sectional form forms a plastic outer covered body A while the other surface 2b forms an outer covered body B by means of cladding, respectively. An outer covered body solid part C filling up the punched part 3 is embossed out to either side of the said surface 2a or 2b and thereby a recessed part 3b or a projected part 3a patterning characters and figures is turned up on each surface of the outer covered bodies A and B whereby these parts are solidly molded by means of extrusion molding. The outer covered body A uses transparent resin while the outer covered body B uses opaque resin, and the outer covered body solid part C is embossed to the one-side surface 2a side under pressure, thus three- dimensional designing properties are improved.</p> |
