发明名称 ARITHMETIC CIRCUIT OF BINARY CODED DECIMAL NUMBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform an arithmetic process at a high speed, by feeding the binary coded decimal number to an arithmetic circuit after dividing the preset arithmetic value to every 4 bits and therefore calculating and delivering the fed decimal number as it is. CONSTITUTION:Numerical values X and Y requiring an operation are converted into a binary coded decimal number, respectively, and these decimal numbers are fed to an electronic circuit as the addresses of a memory. Then an arithmetic command W is fed, and the operations corresponding to the values X and Y are carried out through an electronic circuit. Thus the numerical value Z is delivered as an arithmetic result. Then an operation is performed with the fed decimal number as it is. As a result, the arithmetic processing speed is increased.
