摘要 PURPOSE: To measure microbe and germ body consistently by constituting a disposable element used for an analysis equipment for electrochemical measurement with an operation electrode, a reference electrode, and a filter that is located near the electrodes and retains a solid. CONSTITUTION: A disposable element is composed of a lamination body of a lower substrate 10, an adhesive layer 16, a diaphragm 21, an adhesive layer 23, and an upper cover 24, where a center opening part 11, a printing counter electrode 12, a reference electrode 13, a meltable link 14, and an electrical contact 15 are provided at the substrate 10. A coaxial opening 26 and an opening 27 are provided on the adhesive layer 16. A counter electrode 22 and an adhesive ring 20, an impermeable center post 19, and a support mesh 18 that are engaged to the counter electrode 22 are provided at the diaphragm 21. The adhesive layer 23 is in the same structure as the adhesive layer 14. A center opening 25 and the coaxial opening 26 are provided on an upper cover 24 nearly similarly as the substrate 10. The elements are piled up, thus detecting a cell where a sample is fed in the overlapping direction.
