<p>PURPOSE:To automate selling service for prepaid cards by setting an obligation to insert a card where a membership number and a password number for specifying a purchaser together with money and writing money amount information, the membership number, and the password number on a prepaid card to be vended automatically. CONSTITUTION:The title vending machine is equipped with a card reader writer 11 and a stocker 10 for storing blank cards 9 having a prescribed storage area. When a prepaid card is purchased, the prepaid card where the membership number, password number, etc., are recorded, i.e. card which is already issued is prepared. This card is inserted into a card insertion slot 4 and money is fed into a money feed entrance 3, so that the prepaid card where the membership number, password number, and money amount information corresponding to the amount of fed money are written is discharged. Consequently, the vending service for the prepaid card is automated and the user of this prepaid card is securely specified.</p> |
