<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the generation of a user program and input operation by programming a series tact time monitoring processes with one instruction word. CONSTITUTION:On a memory composed of a RAM which is driven by a CPU 1, a user program area 2, an I/O data area 3, a timer/counter data area, and an arithmetic data area 5 including an auxiliary relay area are formed. When a start signal is inputted, the current value of the arithmetic data area 5 is added successively and when a response from an actual machine corresponding to the start signal is inputted, the addition is stopped. The value which is written as the current value is an adequate measured value of tact time when the operation of the actual machine is normal. Here, a latitude in this value is allowed and stored in the current value again as a tact time upper-limit value. Consequently, the tact time is easily set by single-time actual machine operation, so the program for trouble diagnosis is easily generated.</p> |
