<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the NC drilling machine control system which eliminates the need for a subsequent sealing process by giving information for identifying a product to the product automatically in a boring process. CONSTITUTION:The hole code generating means 22 of a cell controller 20 generates a hole code processing program 40 for displaying the information for identifying a work from at least part of schedule data and character pattern data 52 on the work by boring. Then, a hole code incorpolating means 24 combines the hole code processing program 40 with an NC program 50 to obtain an NC program to be transferred to an NC drilling machine 14. Further, the NC program which includes the hole code processing program 40 is transferred to the NC drilling machine 14 and executed. Consequently, specific boring processing is performed and the identification information represented as a set of holes is entered to eliminate the need for the subsequent sealing process.</p> |
