PURPOSE:To enable the front half opening, rear half opening and double opening of a roof, by covering the open part of the roof with two sliders so that one of the sliders extends under the other. CONSTITUTION:A first slider 4 for covering the front half of the open part 3 of a roof 2 and a second slider 5 for covering the rear half of the open part 3 are provided so that the first slider extends over the second slider. Side edge members 8 for the open part 3 are provided at both the side edges 6 of the roof 2 so that the side edge members 8 are secured on inside walls 7 facing the open part 3. Rails 28 for the first slider 4 and other rails 29 for the second slider 5 are provided on the side edge members 8 so that the rail 28 is located between the inside wall 7 and the other rail 29. Rollers 31, 34 attached to the sliders 4, 5 by brackets 30, 33 roll on the rails 28, 29. The width of the first slider 4 is larger than that of the second slider 5 extending under the first slider. |
