PURPOSE:To contrive a reduction in crosstalk end crosstalk during transmission by a method wherein superconductor ceramics are used in place of a metallic foil, which is inserted between both substrates for installing transmission-receipt integrated circuits, and also used as the material for a case encircling transmission-receipt parts. CONSTITUTION:An LED 1 for transmission use, a PD 2 for receipt use, a receipt part integrated circuit board 3, a transmission part integrated circuit board 4 and a shelling plate 5 for separating electrically the transmission part 3 and the receipt part 4 from each other are provided, the materials for them are constituted of superconductor ceramics and moreover, the materials for a case 6 and the cover of the case 6 are also constituted of the superconductor ceramics. Ceramics having a perovskite crystalline structure are used as these superconductor ceramics, the critical temperature of the ceramics of the perovskite crystalline structure is increased to the boiling point of liquid nitrogen and the critical current density of the ceramics is also increased. In such a way, as the superconductor ceramics are used for the materials for the plate 5 and the case 6, crosstalk at the time of transmission-receipt operations and crosstalk during transmission can be reduced. |
