PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized stable printer which does not need many ink distributing rollers by varying at least one of the fluidity and adhesive properties of ink by employing ultrasonic wave applying means or ultrasonic wave applying and temperature regulating means and printing. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a plate 1 is coated with ink 9 while regulating the rotating speed of an ink coating roller 8 or the pressure between the roller 8 in a developing unit 7 and the plate 1 so as to apply the ink 9 only to the part of the surface of the plate 1 whose wettability is selectively improved. In this case, when suitable vibration is applied in a frequency of 500-100kHz to the ink, the roller 8, an ink distributing roller 12 and an ink removing roller 13, the fluidity of the ink 9 is quickly improved, and the roller 8 can be rapidly and uniformly coated with the ink 9 with low load. |
