PURPOSE:To obtain an inverted periodic digital signal as a digital signal just opposite to a noninverting periodic digital signal by forming an inverted periodic digital signal generating circuit with 2 specific MIS field effect transistors(TRs) in place of one inverter. CONSTITUTION:MIS field effect TRs M3, M4 are turned on/off respectively based on a single phase periodic digital signal A and MIS field effect TRs M5, M6 are turned on/off respectively, so that an inverted periodic digital signal B is obtained. In such a case, the set of the MIS field effect TRs M3, M4 corresponds to an inverter 10 of a noninverting periodic digital signal generating circuit 1 in terms of the operating speed and the set of the MIS field effect TRs M5, M6 corresponds to an inverter 11 of the noninverting periodic digital signal generating circuit 1 in terms of speed similarly. Thus, the inverted periodic digital signal C is obtained as an inverted digital signal just opposite to the noninverting periodic digital signal B. |
