PURPOSE:To make a display regarding a sorter connection with a simple constitution by displaying whether or not a sorter is connected by utilizing a display means provided as usual on the copying machine. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 15 sends/receives a signal to/from the copy-ready-state display part 23, etc., of the main display part 13 of an operation part 12, receives signals from a sorter connection mode switch 14, a sorter connection switch 15, and other input part 35, and outputs signals to various loads 36. Then it is judged that the sorter connection mode switch 14 is on and when a sorter connection mode is entered, it is judged whether or not a sorter connection switch 16 is on, but when the sorter 17 is not connection, a copy-ready-state display part 23 is turned off. Consequently, the display regarding the sorter connection is made with the simplified constitution. |
