PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture a hoop reinforcement having an excellent shear reinforcing bar by a method that flat braid-shape binder infiltrated fibres being wound spirally around a mold frame are applied with desired tension by widening the mold frame without being deformed into an oval, and cured under the condition wherein the tension is kept therein. CONSTITUTION:It is normally in an approximate rhombus in its cross-sectional shape as shown in solid lines. Binder infiltrated fibres 8 are wound around a winding part 12 while a frame 13 being rotated. The winding part 12 connected to a hydraulic jack 11 is widened outwards (an arrow direction) as shown in a phantom line so as to apply tension to the binder infiltrated fibres 8 wound around the mold frame 13. The binder infiltrated fibres 8 under the condition of being kept the tension is passed through a heat furnace in the temperature of 120-180 deg.C in order to be degassed and defoamed in semi-hardening the binder, and the binder is filled sufficiently between respective fine wires 2. And, the binder infiltrated fibres 8 are passed through the furnace in the temperature of 120-250 deg.C so as to completely harden the binder. After cooling up to an ordinary temperature, it is cut into a desired length and removed from the mold frame 13. |
