Integrated semiconductor circuits

The circuit for use as a frequency mixer comprises semiconductor devices such as F.E.T.'s formed in a substrate in which treated areas of the substrate act simultaneously as a region for at least two semiconductor devices. The construction enables the size of the circuit and the conductor tracks to be reduced.
