PURPOSE:To enhance lightness of marking by using a photoner composed of zinc oxide whiskers having needle crystal part extending in different plural axial directions from nuclear parts and an insulating resin. CONSTITUTION:The photoner is composed of the ZnO whiskers 11 consisting of needle crystal part extending in different plural axial directions from the nuclear parts and the insulating resins 12 selected from resins easily soluble in organic solvents and easily heat-meltable resins, and it is prepared only by sufficiently mixing the whiskers 11 with the resin 12 powder, thus permitting the obtained composition containing in a buried state of the whiskers having colorless transparent monocrystalline structures shaped like tetrapods and high in photoconductivity to efficiently transmit light into it, and the phototoner to be enhanced in photosensitivity and to execute marking high in lightness since the ZnO are agglomerates of single crystal having high photconductivity. |
