PURPOSE:To revise a mode to a proper management mode in matching with the surrounding condition by preparing plural IC memory cards storing different management modes and providing a loading means loading removably the IC memory card to a remote station. CONSTITUTION:The management mode starting a cooler at 7:30 and stopping it at 18:30 is stored in one IC memory card 5A, and the management mode starting a cooler at 7:45 and stopping it at 18:15 is stored in other IC memory card 5B. When the IC memory card 5A is loaded to a socket 2g in the midsummer, the cooler is started at 7:30 and stopped at 18:30 to apply control suitable for the season. When the midsummer passes, the IC memory card 5A is extracted from the socket 2g and the IC memory card 5B is loaded to the socket 2g, the cooler is started at 7:45 and stopped at 18:15.
