PURPOSE:To contrive to save energy by a method wherein a solar heat collector is fed with water due to city water pressure by means of a water level following float and a three-way valve, when a heat accumulator is not full of water. CONSTITUTION:A hot water draw-off tap equipped with a float 3, which follows to water level, in a heat accumulator 1. The three-way valve 8, which is changed-over from and to a city water feed pipe 9 side to and from a branch pipe 11 side branched from the discharge side of a hot water pressurizing pump 16, is actuated in association with a full-water detection microswitch 6, which is actuated by the float 3. Furthermore, a temperature-dependent flow control valve 12, which controls flow rate due to the temperature of the solar heat collector 7 is provided between the discharge side of the three-way valve 8 and the solar heat collector 7. Accordingly, the city water is heated and fed in the heat accumulator 1 until the heat accumulator 1 becomes full of water and, once when the heat accumulator 1 is full of water, the heating by circulating water to the solar heat collector 7 become possible, resulting in enabling to improve the heat collecting efficiency and consequently to reduce the power consumption. |
