<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components and reduce the cost and improve the assembly efficiency by a method wherein the male screw part formed on the center leg of an upper pot core is rotated along the female thread grooves formed on the cylindrical inner wall of a coil bobbin for insertion and the coil bobbin is held between the upper pot core and a lower pot core and fixed to constitute a magnetic path. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic member is made to penetrate through a cylindrical part 13, on which a coil is wound, at its center. An upper flange 14 and a lower flange 15 are provided on the upper end and the lower end of the cylindrical part 13 respectively. An enlarged part is formed on the lower flange 15 and a plurality of pin terminals 16 are set up and a plurality of guide grooves 17 for lead wires drawn out from the coil are provided in the enlarged part. The coil is applied to the bobbin to form a coil part 18. A lower pot core 21 has male thread grooves 19 on the outside of its outer edge part and has a plurality of pin terminal holes 20 in its bottom part. The coil part 18 is incorporated into the lower pot core 21 while the pin terminals 16 are made to penetrate through the pin terminals holes 20. Further, an upper pot core 24 which has thread grooves 22 and 23a on its center leg 22 and on the inside of its outer edge part is rotated for insertion from the top. Then the coil bobbion is held between the upper and lower pot cores and fixed to constitute a magnetic path.</p> |
