PURPOSE:To improve the workability by placing a common line of a flexible board to the inner side from one end of a rectangular piezoelectric plate, providing a gap between one end of the rectangular piezoelectric plate and the flexible board, connecting the both and splitting the connected parts. CONSTITUTION:A common line part 7 and a prolonged start part 15 of each line part 8 are used as adhering faces 16 and part of a resin base 4 is exposed as a space 17. Then one end of one major face of a piezoelectric plate 1 is adhered in matching with the adhering face 16 by using an adhesives. That is, the common line part 7 is placed at the inner side from the end of the piezoelectric plate 1, the space 17 is a gap between one side of the piezoelectric plate 1 and the flexible board 2 to form a base adhering body 10. Then the body 10 is fitted to a packing member 11 to fold the flexible board 2 to the side face of the packing member 11 and the conductor paths of the flexible board are cut off sequentially from the upper part of the piezoelectric plate. Thus, removal of the excess part 14 is simplified to improve the workability. |
