<p>PURPOSE:To improve a working efficiency by disposing a vehicle placing a cable drum and a cutter near a manhole, pulling an underground cable by a wire rope engaged with the drum and cutting it by the cutter. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle B which places a cable drum 4, a cable feeder 5 and a cutter 6 on its body 1 is secured by an outrigger 8 near a manhole A. The end of a wire rope engaged with the drum 4 is bound to a cable 11 to be pulled in the manhole A, the cable 11 is pulled together with the rope, fed to the cutter 6 by the feeder 5 through the drum 4, cut by the cutter 6, and placed on the luggage carrier of a truck C through a guiding unit 7. Thus, its work can be performed safely with less workers.</p> |
