<p>PURPOSE: To enable an orifice spraying by incorporating a polymer component capable of forming a coating on a substrate and a supercritical fluid, which regulates the mixture viscosity to be a point suitable for spray coating, into a component compsn. CONSTITUTION: At least one polymer component capable of forming a coating on the substrate and a solvent component contg. at least one supercritical fluid of the amt. to the extent of regulating at least the viscosity of the mixture to be a point suitable for spray coating or at least one active org. solvent are mixed. For example, a supercritical carbon dioxide fluid is added to the mixture, thereby, the viscosity of the viscous coating compsn. is lowered to be in the range where the compsn. can be easily micronized by passing the compsn. through an orifice of an airless spray gun or the like. The greater part of the carbon dioxide vaporizes after the micronization and the compsn. of the substantially original viscous coating compsn. remains, and the uniform and smooth film is formed on the substrate.</p> |
