<p>PURPOSE: To form a honeycomb band of a low cost by coating a strip-like film web with an adhesive by spraying hot melt, cutting in the same length after laminating, stacking as a stack for forming a buffer, pressing it, then dividing into strips, and hot pressing it. CONSTITUTION: Film webs 3 are continuously drawn from two coils 2, and adhesive stops 10 are formed at an equal interval by deviating at an interval of strips of the webs 3 above the webs 3 by a hot-melt coating unit 7. Then, the two webs 3 are laminated by a roll 14 of a laminating unit 13 via a cooling roll 12. Then, it is cut in the same length by a cross cutter 15, stacked in a switching magazine station 17. When it arrive at a predetermined number, the stack 20 is fed to a heating calender 21, heated, pressed to form a block 22. Then, it is cut to strips by a cross cutter 24, urged into a press-fitting passage 28, laminated to one another by a heating means 31, and the endless honeycomb band 32 is passed through a cooling means 33.</p> |
