<p>PURPOSE:To improve manufacture workability of a golf club so as to prevent the generation of an inferior product by charging the golf club in its inside with a balance material and a microcapsule-formed adhesive agent composition thereafter breaking a microcapsule and hardening the adhesive agent composition. CONSTITUTION:A golf club is charged in its inside with a balance material and a microcapsule-formed adhesive agent composition, thereafter by breaking a microcapsule to harden the adhesive agent composition, the balance material adhesively adheres. As the adhesive agent composition, for instance, acrylic based resin composition and epoxy based resin composition are listed. The acrylic based resin composition contains (metha)acrylate monomer, polymerized catalyst and a reaction starting agent, and blending the polymerized catalyst or the reaction starting agent by the method preventing its mutual reaction before the microcapsule is broken, the golf club charges the inside of its shaft with the adhesive agent composition. Thus, preventing an adhesive agent from adhering to an internal wall surface of the shaft, when it is charged, further being surely charged with the adhesive agent of necessary amount, generation is prevented of an inferior product generating a chattering noise when it is in use.</p> |
