PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent optical disk without any optical defect by shaping a face on which an information signal is recorded with parts provided with a shaping face having no gap nor break when a replica is formed by a forming metallic die. CONSTITUTION:A face 3a of at the side of a replica 1a on which an information signal part 2a is formed is shaped by a shaping face 12a only of a stamper 12. Moreover, faces 8a,8b of replicas 1a,1b on which no information signal parts 2a,2b are formed are shaped by only a shaping face 19a of a stationary side mirror block 19. Furthermore, the outer circumferential face of the replicas 1a,1b is shaped by only a shaping face 18a of the outer circumferential ring 18. Thus, generation of burr in the formation of the replica is prevented and the generation of chips in the case of working the center hole of the replica is prevented, then the excellent optical disk without any optical defect with excellent yield is obtained. |
