The circuit is for recording FM signal without noise and for displaying the recording level. The FM signal and the oscillation output of the recording level control are controlled simultaneously, i.e. the detected noise signal of the FM signal controls the output signal of the oscillator so that the recording level is controlled. Also this output is provided to LED to show the recording level.
