GRANULATION OF ETHYLENE-PROPYLENE BLOCK COPOLYMER

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve a balance between rigidity and impact resistance by passing an ethylene-propylene copolymer powder through a dispersing machine consisting of a sintered metal filter when the ethylene-propylene copolymer powder is melted and kneaded. CONSTITUTION:An ethylene-propylene copolymer powder is melted and passed through a uniaxial extruder equipped with a dispersing machine consisting of a sintered metal filter with a hole diameter of 3-225mum and a thickness of 0.05-2.0mm to pelletize it.
