PURPOSE:To simply and rapidly prepare a tasty 'TAMASUI' (an egg broken and dropped into a soup), excellent in palatability and beautiful in appearance simply by placing a half-boiled egg with shell and a required amount of a concentrated clear soup in a suitable container and pouring hot water thereon by combining both. CONSTITUTION:A material obtained by combining a half-boiled egg prepared by heating an egg without breaking the shell and converting egg yolk and egg white into a half-boiled state with a concentrated clear soup obtained by sealing a required amount by vacuum packaging, etc. The above-mentioned half-boiled egg and concentrated clear soup are placed in a suitable container at a desired time and hot water is poured thereon to coagulate egg white in the half-boiled egg. |
