PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a system by preparing and storing a use schedule of an individual device to constitute a system and operating and stopping the device in accordance with a using schedule. CONSTITUTION:The title system has a function capable of operating and stopping respective devices automatically in accordance with the using schedule of the individual device to constitute a system. Namely, the system is provided with a device schedule control means 103 to prepare and store the using schedule of the individual device to constitute the system and a device operating control means 104 to control the operating condition of respective devices in accordance with the using schedule of the device. Thus, at the time of being necessary, only the necessary device can be activated and the operation of the efficient system can be performed.
