PURPOSE:To permit stabilized heat accumulation at a temperature lower than 100 deg.C and higher than 50 deg.C by utilizing latent heat by a method wherein heat accumulating material consisting of EVE, EEA or EMA is sealed into a capsule. CONSTITUTION:The heat accumulating material of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-acrylate copolymer or ethylene-acrylate methyl copolymer, whose containing amount of ethylene is 65-94%, is sealed into a long circular column type or polygonal pillar type capsule having volume changing function of more than 2%. A plurality of these capsules is dipped into brine as heat transfer materials to repeat heat accumulation and heat dissipation alternately by the circulation of the brine. The melting point of such heat accumulating tank is changed by the blending rate of ethylene, however, the range of change may be lower than 100 deg.C and higher than 50 deg.C whereby heat may be accumulated by utilizing latent heat upon decreasing a temperature from a temperature higher than the melting point when the heat accumulating material is sealed into the capsule of a metal or a plastic which is not molten at a temperature higher than the melting point. |
