PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of disturbance and the like in the captioned system by configuring the system so as not to allow sudden opening of an intercept valve and a steam control valve when the load is intercepted during normal operation even in such a case as this interception is removed in a short time. CONSTITUTION:Configuration of the device is such that a comparative operation is performed between a speed deviation signal A and a load setting signal B which is impressed through relay contacts 5a, 5b by means of operation instruments 3, 4, and an intercept valve 10 or a steam control valve 11 is controlled in accordance with the deviation signals C, D. When any unbalance is produced between a load and output, a rapidly working solenoid valve 14 is energized by means of an unbalance detecting circuit 5 and the relay contacts 5a, 5b are switched. In this case, exciting resistance in the direction of reduction of a motor 16 directly connected to a potentiometer 15 in a load setting circuit is divided into two pieces of 30, 31, and, when load interception occurs, the motor 16 can be rapidly rotated through sending a big electric current only to the exciting resistance 31 of smaller value. |
