PURPOSE:To prevent the overflowing water of a bathtub and the water of a shower from invading into a bathtub placing part by forming a washing space and the bathtub placing part in a bath room device, placing a bathtub to the bathtub placing part and a bathtub flange falling down piece through a seal material such as rubber, etc., to continuous band- shaped supporting metal fittings to be provided on wall surfaces in three directions to have a height corresponding to a bathtub flange part. CONSTITUTION:A floor pan 1 is partitioned to a washing space 3 side and a bathtub placing part 4 by a partitioning part 2 and a bathtub 4 is set in the bathtub placing part 4. Then, continuous band-shaped metal fittings 16 are provided on wall surfaces 15 in the three directions to have the height corresponding to the flange part of the bathtub 6 and the flange lower edge part of the bathtub 6 is placed through a seal material 17 such as the rubber, etc., to this bathtub placing part. A calking material 18 is applied through the seal material 17 to the upper edge part of the bathtub 6. The calking material 18 prevents the overflowing water from the bathtub 6 or the shower water from the washing space 3, etc., from invading into the bathtub placing part 4. Even when a crack is generated in the calking material 18, the water is received by the seal material 17 and further received by the supporting metal fittings 16 and seal material 17 and flows out to the washing space 3 side. Then, the water does not drip on the bathtub placing part 4. |
