PURPOSE:To prolong the using period of a whole picture forming unit by forming a photo-sensitive body, a developing device and a cleaning device, etc., as a unit and executing toner circulation from the cleaning device to the developing device while an OPC (organic optical conductor) photo-sensitive body is used. CONSTITUTION:A photo-sensitive body drum 11, for which a high durability OPC photo-sensitive body is provided, and a cleaning device 15 as respective electrostatic latent image forming means and a cleaning means around the drum are received to a photo-sensitive body unit A and a developing device is received to a developing unit B respectively. Then, the above mentioned parts are mounted to a device main body. When a toner exhaust screw 33 in the photo-sensitive body unit A side and a toner carry screw 28 in the developing unit B side start rotation together with the start of an image forming cycle, a toner to be collected by the cleaning device 15 passes through the internal part of an inner tube 32 from a toner carrying route 15C and falls down from a toner dropping port 32A. Then, the toner is put into the internal part of a toner carrying pipe 26 in the developing unit B side, carried into the developing device and used again. Thus, the using period of the whole picture forming unit can be prolonged. |
