PURPOSE:To obtain the title compsn. with excellent adhesiveness and without crack and peeling by incorporating a polymeric substance consisting of a styrenic or acrylic monomer chain and another chain of a monomer which gives a rubbery homopolymer, a specified photopolymerizable substance, and a polymn. initiator. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. is obtd. by incorporating a polymeric substance (A) composed of a styrenic or acrylic monomer chain (a) and another chain (b) of a monomer which gives a rubbery homopolymer, wherein the chain (a) and the chain (b) are in block or grafted and the chain (a) accounts for 50wt.% or more and which has a number-average MW of 5,000-30,000, a photopolymerizable substance (B) having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups in its molecule and a photopolymn. initiator. A cured film formed by polymerizing and curing this compsn. exhibits low stress, excellent adhesiveness and durability, keeps its properties by well following thermal and mechanical stresses, etc., from the outside and can be used as constituting materials for structural bodies, adhesives, coating, etc.
