PURPOSE:To make the attachment/detachment of the device in the title easy by constituting a slide stopping device with a device main body and a device catching body and catching the hook made of a belt shape elastic part in the device main body mounted on a tyre by the catching part of the device catching body mounted on a wheel. CONSTITUTION:When a slide stopping device main body 10 is mounted on tyre 42, at first respective links 17, 18 of opening/closing member 16 are extended so as to be aligned in one straight line and plural arm members 14 are expanded radially. Then, after laying treated members 11 on the tread surface of the tyre 42, the hooks consisting of belt shape elastic members 27 locked on the opening/closing members 16 are caught in the hook holes of a rotary member 33 in slide stopping device catching body 30 mounted on a wheel 40. Then, the total tread members 11 are laid across the entire circumference on the tread surface of the tyre 42 in order by starting an automobile so as to rotate the wheel 40. The tread members 11 are held by utilizing the tension force of the belt shape elastic members 27. |
