PURPOSE:To improve operability by registering a command string to a procedure file while confirming how the command is executed on the processing screen of a processing product. CONSTITUTION:A computer having various types of products is composed of a computer 30, a procedure file 40 and a display 50 and in the computer 30, a procedure processing product 10, a Japanese language document processing product 21, a table calculation processing product 22, a graph processing product 23, etc., are provided. Here, while confirming visually how the command is executed on the processing screen of the processing product, the command string can be registered to the procedure file 40. Thus, when the command string is registered as a procedure, it is not necessary to consider in the brain how the command is executed, and the operability when the command string is registered in the procedure file 40 is improved.
