PURPOSE:To easily manage the incoming and outgoing of a vehicle by issuing a parking card, on which a set parking position and a guiding route to reach the parking position are printed, at an incoming port. CONSTITUTION:A parking magnetic card issuing device 5 is provided for the neighborhood of an incoming port 1, and the device 5 issues a parking magnetic card Pc on which the set parking position and the guiding route to reach the parking position are printed. Since one parking magnetic card Pc is issued at the incoming port 1, a driver can easily self-travel a vehicle A to the set parking position by watching a guiding route figure CF. Further, since an arrow Ca to indicate the guiding route is written in a traveling path 7 of the arrangement drawing of parking positions and the traveling path, the driver can easily understand the guiding route. Thus, the incoming and the outgoing of the vehicle A can be easily managed. |
