<p>PURPOSE:To automatically remove the chip twining on the outer periphery of the material to be cut by moving a chip removing hand to a scraping completion position from a scraping start position in the state of running along the almost upper half part of the material to be cut. CONSTITUTION:A hand moving device 18 moves a chip removing hand 25 between the standby level of the ascent side and scraping level of the descent side by a lift cylinder 20. Then, it is moved from a scraping start position A to scraping completion position B on scraping level by a horizontal cylinder 22 and on the standby level from the standby start position C located at the upper part of the scraping completion position to the standby completion position D located at the upper part of the scraping start position A. Accordingly, the hand moving device 18 moves the chip removing hand 25 along the square movement locus of A-B-C-D including the scraping level and standby level and removes the chip 15 of the outer periphery of a tube 13 by the chip removing hand 25 moving from the scraping start position A to the scraping completion position B.</p> |
