PURPOSE:To eliminate a noise in an image in real time with a simple circuit by converting each scanning signal of an image signal to binarization image data, and adding the image data sequentially on an OR filter via an AND filter. CONSTITUTION:Each horizontal scanning signal is converted to a digital signal by an A/D converter, and binarized by a binarization circuit, and supplied to a shift register 9 in the AND filter 7. AND gates 10a-10g receive prescribed amount of picture element data sequentially starting from first data by the register 9, and output respective AND output to three-state buffers 11a-11g. Arbitrary one of those buffers 11a-11g is energized, and supplied to a shift register 13 in the OR filter 8. OR gates 14a-14o receive the picture element data starting from the first data sequentially from the register 13, and output the OR output to three-state buffers 15a-15o. Arbitrary one of those buffers 15a-15o is energized by a decoder 16, then, each scanning signal from which the noise is eliminated can be obtained. |
