摘要 PURPOSE:To omit trial drawing and to save a board and time required for the trial drawing by detecting the diameters and the number of through holes at the same time as the measurement of the height of a through hole board, computing the adequate flow rate of sucking air based on said data, and controlling the negative pressure of a negative pressure source. CONSTITUTION:Paste is injected into through holes 21 which are provided in a through hole board 20 on a base stage 30. The paste is sucked with a negative pressure source 42 through the rear surface. The thick film of the paste is formed on the inner walls of the through holes. At this time an X-Y table 14 is moved, and the heights of the entire region of the board are measured. At the same time, presence or absence, diameters and the number of the through holes 21 are detected with a height sensor 16. The data from the sensor 16 are inputted into a CPU 50 through a memory 51 and an I/O 52 together with the data from a program memory ROM and a data memory RAM. The CPU 50 computes the adequate sucking flow rate. The negative pressure of the negative pressure source 42 is controlled with an electropneumatic ratio valve 44 in response to the output of the CPU 50 through a D/A converter 53. The purpose can be achieved by providing said valve 44.
