PURPOSE:To contrive energy saving and always control the final temperature of a substance to be heated at constant temperature by detecting the ambient temperature in which the substance to be heated is set, comparing it with the reference ambient temperature to calculate the difference between both them and a combustion fuel flow correction quantity in proportion to the temperature difference so as to impart a correction value to the fuel flow set point. CONSTITUTION:The ambient temperature in which a tundish 1 is set is detected by a temperature detector 13 to input it in a combustion quantity computing element 14 and to compare it with the reference ambient temperature so as to calculate the temperature difference (t0-t) between them. A combustion fuel flow correction value fa0 in proportion to the temperature difference (t0-t) is calculated and the combustion fuel flow correction quantity fa0 is imparted to the fuel flow set point f1 in a temperature increase step in a program setter 9 as a correction value. Accordingly, the final temperature of the tundish 1 is always controlled at constant temperature without longer time than the need time for combustion. |
