PURPOSE:To make it possible to shift and change over without operation of a clutch pedal for improving operationability by making a clutch device perform contacting action after performing disengaging action once during changing operation with a link mechanism when a speed change changeover operation is performed with a change lever. CONSTITUTION:When a subchange lever 18 is operated to turn forward centering around a shift operation shaft 36, an engagement member 35b on a shift cylinder 35 engages with an engagement member 34a of a second driven gear 34 and speed change in a high speed stage H is performed, and when the subchange lover 18 is turned backward, the engaging member 35a on the shift cylinder 35 engages an engaging member 32a of a first driven gear 32, and speed change in low speed stage 1 is performed, thereon a link mechanism 40 is interposed between the subchange lever 18 and a clutch device 3. The link mechanism 40 is constituted so as to do a disengaging action on the clutch 3 on positioning respective axial lines of a first link 41 and a second link 42 in a same line and turning an arm 26 at the maximum, only at the state of positioning the subchange lever 18 on neutral N. |
