The subject of the invention is a non-refillable and tamper-proof seal (cap) made of injectable plastic with a metal insert preventing any refilling with a substitute liquid without preventing the outflow of this liquid contained in the bottle before sealing. This seal (cap) is held on the neck either by a brass ring or by a heat-shrinkage plastic material 2. The principle of operation is based, in terms of closure, on the effect of a weight 5 compressing a volume of air beneath a thin flexible membrane 4. Two factors are multiplied: firstly, the weight of the component 5 and, secondly, the magnetic attraction of the magnetised disc 6 rigidly attached to the component 5 by means of the metal insert 7 of the component 8, these two elements never coming together but remaining in mutual attraction tension. Upon opening, the component 5, because of its weight, stretches the membrane 4 which clears the liquid passage, barely returned to the vertical position, the weight 5 and magnet 6 recompress the air-filled membrane which once again prevents any refilling; before use it is necessary to tear off the tamper-proof tab 10. <IMAGE>
