The improved device comprises an arm articulated on to the handle of the tool, about an axis which is perpendicular to the axis of the handle, by means of a collar in which the handle turns. The improvement consists in moving the arm away from the handle, during use, so that it is closer to be grasped by the front hand. It also consists in returning the arm to the front of the tool using a torsion spring of a unique type, which can be turned over so as to work in the direction in which the user is working; and the effect of which is limited, by a stop, to returning the collar to the front of the tool. <IMAGE>
