The bindings are fixed along the board's longitudinal axis (x,x1) with one (7a,7b) at the back and one (8a,8b) at the front. The bindings are symmetrical w.r.t. the board's transversal plane (P,P'). The user's boots are fixed to plates (4a,4b) which are engaged in the bindings. Each plate has a central plate (5), to which the boot is fixed, that can pivot on a base (6). The base has two projections (6a, 6b) which are engaged in the bindings. The bindings are connected by a rod with a spring round it, which causes the simultaneous release of both bindings.
