PURPOSE:To promptly execute an input operation by displaying the respective attributes of the respective types of parameters constituting a recepient name on a screen, displaying a column to set the respective types of the parameters corresponding to the respective attributes, and forming destination information based on the respective parameters of the respective columns. CONSTITUTION:A mail option sheet 21 is displayed on the screen of a destination attribute display part 12, and an 'O/R name input' displayed on the upper side of the sheet 21 is selected by operating a character input part. In response to it, a first O/R input option sheet 41 superimposed on the sheet 21 is displayed on the screen of the destination attribute display part 12. Next, either one of 'standard' or 'all' is selected from the column of 'displaying' in the sheet 41 by operating a character input part 11. When the 'all' is selected, a prescribed display mode is continued on the screen of the display part 12. On the other hand, when the 'standard' is selected, a second O/R input option sheet 51 is displayed on the screen of the display part 12 instead of the prescribed display mode. |
