PURPOSE:to enable the inlet of a cooling tank to correspond to die heads with different heights by arranging the cooling chute behind the strand cooling tank and enabling the cooling tank to be moved vertically. CONSTITUTION:When the reaction of a polymerization oven has ended, the floor surface A is moved laterally together with mounts 20, 36, the inlet 2 of the cooling tank is faced to the die head 5, the base 16 only is moved on a lifter to adjust finely the position of the cooling tank 1. Then, the piston rod 24 is reciprocated according to the height of the die head 5 and the cooling tank is moved vertically to face the inlet 2 to the die head 5. The handle 32 is turned according to the difference of the height of the cooling tank, the nut 33 is reciprocated to luff the arm 35, many extruded strands are cooled in the cooling tank 1, then, sent to a crusher 10 into chips as the chute 8 is dropped. |
