PURPOSE:To fix a mark to the surface of a molding by utilizing the injection molding process for end caps by a method in which an injection molding space into which a molding body is to be set is extended and the mark is molded by injection in the inside of the extended space. CONSTITUTION:A molding body 10 is positioned on a bottom force 131 constituting an injection mold, and a top force 132 is set on the bottom force 131. In this case, a molding space 14 is obtained between the flat face 12 and its uprising sections 12a of the molding body 10 and the molding face 13a of the top force 132. When a molten synthetic resin having a compatibility with the molding body 10 is injected into the molding space 14, the injection molding material S covers throughout the flat face 12, uprising sections 12a, and cut end face 10a. Also, in the injection molding material S covering the flat face 12, a shallowly bottomed concave part S2 is formed, and a projected pattern S3 as a mark is integrally formed in the concave part S2. |
